Outline Butterfly for Amy Winehouse

House-full signs at Milan’s Alcatraz for Amy Winehouse’s only Italian date. This is the London artist’s second tour with Outline Butterfly.

Outline Butterfly, in the experienced hands of Britannia Row Productions, is ready for the only Italian date on Amy Winehouse’s European tour, due to be staged at Milan’s Alcatraz on Friday 26^th October 2007.

The rig will comprise 36 CDH 483 Hi-Packs and 16 Subtech 218 SP subs, all powered by Outline T9 power amplifiers bought by the London rental company, thanks to which - they stress - the line arrays manufactured in Brescia has reached “new heights”. The system engineer for the Milan event and the entire tour is Italian Davide Lombardi, who’s been on the Britannia Row team for some time.

Considered the best blues singer of the last thirty years, following her triumph at the 2007 edition of the famous Brit Awards, Amy is currently charting worldwide. This is her second tour with Britannia Row’s Butterfly; the previous (UK) one was held in January and its sound quality met with unanimous acclaim from the top UK PA men, FOH and system engineers.

The following concert by Amy Winehouse will be staged at the Zenith, in Paris, on October 29^th. More information and photos will be available at the end of the tour.

Outline Butterfly per Amy Winehouse

Tutto ‘sold-out’ all’Alcatraz di Milano per Amy Winehouse: unica data italiana. È il secondo tour con l’Outline Butterfly per la cantante londinese.

Il Butterfly della Outline, nelle consuete ‘mani’ di Britannia Row Productions, è pronto per l’unica data italiana del tour europeo di Amy Winehouse prevista all’Alcatraz di Milano il prossimo venerdì 26 ottobre 2007.

Verranno impiegati 36 CDH 483 Hi-Pack e 16 Subtech 218 SP, il tutto alimentato dai finali di potenza Outline T9 appena acquistati dalla rental company londinese, amplificatori grazie ai quali - ribadiscono - il line array prodotto a Brescia ha raggiunto ‘nuove altezze’. System Engineer dell’evento milanese sarà il nostrano Davide Lombardi (da tempo nel team di Britannia).

Considerata la miglior cantante blues degli ultimi 30 anni e trionfante ai celebri Brit Awards 2007, la Winehouse si ritrova a cavalcare le classifiche mondiali. Con Butterfly di Britannia Row è il secondo tour; il precedente (inglese) si svolse in gennaio e, in merito alla qualità del suono, suscitava consensi unanimi fra i più importanti PA men, FOH e System engineer d’Inghilterra.
