70 Butterflies for the concert in memory of Lady Diana

London, 1^st July 2007 - Seventy Outline Butterfly Hi-packs installed by Britannia Row Productions at Wembley Arena contributed to the success of the mega-concert in memory of Lady Diana.

The impressive show – transmitted live in 140 countries and viewed by 500 million people – featured some of the world’s most important artists. They included Elton John, Rod Stewart, James Morrison, Take That, Duran Duran, Brian Ferry, Black Eyed Peas, Will Young, Nellie Furtado, Anastacia and Italy’s Andrea Bocelli.

The Butterfly Hi-packs were used along with twenty Subtech 218, and the system was powered by Outline T Series amplifiers. The system engineer for the maxi-concert was the well-known Sherif El Barbari.

This same Outlinearray will be used again at Wembley Arena on 7^th July 2007 for the sound reinforcement at ‘Live Earth’, another record-breaking concert-event dedicated to the defence of the planet.

There too, there will be no lack of top names, first and foremost the ex vice-president of the United States, Al Gore, the event’s organizer.

The cities of London, Tokyo, Sydney, Rio de Janeiro, Shanghai, Hamburg, Johannesburg and New York will therefore host huge concerts whose participants will once the event’s more be some of the World’s most famous musicians: Madonna, Police, Foo Fighters, Beastie Boys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Damien Rice, Black Eyed Peas, Bloc Party, Keane, Paolo Nutini, Duran Duran and Smashing Pumpkins.

70 Farfalle per il maxi-concerto in memoria di Lady Diana

Londra, 1 luglio 2007 - Una settantina di Outline Butterfly Hi-pack installati da Britannia Row Productions alla Wembley Arena hanno anch’essi contribuito al successo del mega-concerto in memoria di Lady Diana.

L’imponente spettacolo - trasmesso in diretta in 140 paesi e visto da 500 milioni di persone - ha sfoggiato alcuni tra i più importanti artisti a livello mondiale. Fra questi Elton John, Rod Stewart, James Morrison, I Take That, I Duran Duran, Brian Ferry, i Black Eyed Peas, Will Young, Nellie Furtado, Anastacia ed anche il nostro Andrea Bocelli.

Gli Hi-pack Butterfly venivano abbinati a una ventina di Subtech 218, il tutto amplificato dai finali di potenza della serie T Outline. System Engineer del maxi-concerto era il noto Sherif El Barbari.

Sempre alla Wembley Arena il medesimo Outlinearray verrà utilizzato il 7 luglio 2007 per la sonorizzazione di ‘Live Earth’, altro epocale concerto-evento dedicato alla difesa del pianeta.

Anche qui non mancheranno presenze eccellenti, prima fra tutte quella dell’ex vice presidente degli Stati Uniti Al Gore, organizzatore dell’evento.

Le metropoli di Londra, Tokyo, Sydney, Rio de Janeiro, Johannesburg, Amburgo, Shangai e New York ospiteranno quindi grandi concerti cui parteciperanno, ancora una volta, alcuni tra i musicisti più famosi del mondo: Madonna, Police, Foo Fighters, Beastie Boys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Damien Rice, Black Eyed Peas, Bloc Party, Keane, Paolo Nutini, Duran Duran e Smashing Pumpkins.
