Outline at Live 8
Outline Professional Audio has supplied the Worlds’ largest ever concert. LIVE 8 ‘The long walk to Justice’.
Two sites have been supplied. LONDON sees Outline’s ‘Kangaroo’ systems being used with eight PLASMA screens supplied by Owl video in the back stage Artist and VIP area. The systems will show relay from main stage and broadcast feeds.
The temporary structure will emulate a HARDROCK Café. The interior will be dressed as the World famous brand with artist memorabilia and of course the food and drink served will be from HARDROCKS menu.
The second site is Circus Maximus in Rome. Rome’s LIMELITE s.r.l. - the contractor for the production and the fitting out of the entire event - will supply 20 OUTLINE 'Butterfly' hi-packs and ‘Victor Live’ sub bass systems for side-fill duties, in addition 24 'H.A.R.D 212 SP' will be used for artist monitors.

Outline al Live 8
La tecnologia della Outline di Brescia è stata prescelta per sonorizzare il palco del più grande concerto del mondo: LIVE 8 ‘The long walk to Justice’.
I prodotti dell’azienda lombarda hanno lavorato in due fra le ‘location’ più importanti. A Londra, dove dei sistemi “Kanguro” venivano impiegati nell’area Artisti e VIP del back stage, insieme ad otto schermi al plasma - forniti dalla Owl video - che proiettavano le riprese del palco principale e della messa in onda della trasmissione.
La struttura temporanea simulava un “HARDROCK Café”, con l’interno arredato con il marchio conosciuto in tutto il mondo, “memorabilia” degli artisti e - naturalmente - il cibo e le bevande serviti erano del menu HARDROCK.
L’altra ‘location’ che ha visto un rilevante impiego di materiale Outline era il Circo Massimo, nella Capitale.
La Limelite srl di Roma - Il 'contractor' per la produzione e l'allestimento dell'intera manifestazione - ha fornito 20 ‘Butterfly’ Hi-pack coadiuvati dai sub ‘Victor Live’, 24 ‘H.A.R.D. 212 SP’, utilizzati come stage monitor, 12 finali di potenza T6.5 e 2 processori di segnale ‘Genius 26’. Il coordinamento audio è stato curato da Stefano Cisaria e Fabrizio Fini (Limelite).
