70 Outline Butterflies for LIVE EARTH

London, 7^th July 2007 – Seventy Outline Butterfly Hi-packs installed by Britannia Row Productions at Wembley Stadium – exactly a week after the concert held in memory of Lady Diana - also played their part in the success of Live Earth, the mega-concert based on an idea by Al Gore, ex vice-president of the USA, as a tribute to planet Earth.

From Australia to New York, via Tokyo, Shanghai, Hamburg, London, Johannesburg, Rio de Janeiro and Washington, Live Earth sold over a million tickets and was watched by two billion spectators and viewers.

At London’s Wembley Stadium, in front of a crowd of 80,000, big names performing included Roger Taylor of Queen, Metallica and Genesis, with Madonna closing the show.

The seventy Outline Butterfly Hi-packs were used along with twenty Subtech 218, and the system was powered by Outline T Series amplifiers. System Engineer for the event, as for Lady Diana on 1^st July 2007, was well-known Sherif El Barbari.

70 Outline Butterfly per LIVE EARTH

Londra, 7 luglio 2007 - Una settantina di Outline Butterfly Hi-pack installati da Britannia Row Productions allo stadio di Wembley - a sette giorni esatti dal concerto celebrato in memoria di Lady Diana - hanno contribuito anche al successo di Live Earth, il mega-concerto voluto da Al Gore, ex vice presidente USA, quale tributo al pianeta Terra.

Dall'Australia a New York passando per Tokyo, Shanghai, Amburgo, Londra, Johannesburg, Rio de Janeiro e Washington, Live Earth ha venduto oltre un milione di biglietti ed è stato guardato da due miliardi di spettatori.

Allo stadio Wembley di Londra, davanti a circa 80 mila persone, hanno sfilato, fra gli altri big, Roger Taylor dei Queen, i Metallica, i Genesis fino alla chiusura con Madonna.

I 70 moduli Hi-pack Butterfly della Outline venivano abbinati a una ventina di Subtech 218, il tutto amplificato dai finali di potenza della serie T. System Engineer dell’evento, come fu per Lady Diana il 1 luglio 2007, era il noto Sherif El Barbari.
